Order

How to place an order?

1. Select a product and click "Add to cart."
2. When you have finished selecting all the products you want to buy, click "Checkout."
3. Enter your details in the "Contact Information" and "Shipping Address" fields.
*Please be sure to enter your full name (not your initials) so that your purchase can be delivered without issues.
4. When you have finished entering the information, click "Continue to Shipping."
5. Check the "Shipping Method" and click "Continue to Payment."
6. Enter your payment information according to the items and click "Pay Now" to complete your order.

What payment methods are available?

* Please note that we only accept one-time payments (split payments or payment plans are not available).

Are there any additional charges?

Shipping charges, cash on delivery charges, and bank transfer charges may apply in addition to the sales price of a product purchased from our online store.

How long is the order expiry?

Within seven days after the order is placed. If we do not receive a payment within seven days of your order, we will assume that you do not intend to purchase, and we will automatically cancel your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my product?

• Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is unused and you contact us within one week of receiving it. Please be sure to contact us before returning the item.

• In the case of a wrong item or insufficient quantity, we will pay the shipping cost.

• If the return is at the customer's convenience, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for return or exchange.

• Please allow five business days for a refund because we need time to process it.

Inventory

Do you have the stock all the time?

• We do our best to ensure that our online store's inventory is up-to-date at all times. However, since our inventory is shared with other stores, the item you want may be sold out and unavailable.

• The number of days it takes to deliver an order depends on the product, so if you are in a hurry, please contact us and let us know.
