This is the first Ecuadorian coffee we are handling at Philocoffea. We managed to procure a rare auction lot.
The moment it is ground, a spicy aroma like curry spreads softly. When you take a sip, you will notice a cool and gentle sweetness reminiscent of spearmint. The flavor is unique as if spices such as ginger, cardamom, and cloves have been pickled in it.
If you thought it was too flashy and hard to drink, you're wrong. Don't worry; it has a clear and clean aftertaste. It is a refreshing coffee to drink in summer.
